The USS Scorpion is one of the longest-running games on the internet.  Having started in December 2001 as the Defiant-class USS Talon, it quickly grew in size and became the Sovereign-class USS Scorpion in September 2002.  In August 2004, it evolved again to become a new Pathfinder-class. In 2005, the USS Scorpion took a break and now, in 2008, it goes where no one has gone before.
